Best parts are the soft handle and the blade cover.

I am a green chef so this little knife is my best pal at work and i love the color.

The rubber handle did stain (not sure how) and the mark won't come off.

I cannot do this with the santoku knives mentioned above.

So, i ordered three more at a lower price on-line.
