Pros

This pair of kitchen shears has a built in sharpener. Self sharpening feature is great. Sharpener in holder is a plus.

The sheath is magnetic and can hang on your refrigerator or any magnet friendly surface. The holder that attaches magnetically to the fridge. The covers are ingenious and fit snugly.

The slotted screwdriver/lid lifter works terrifically. The soft-grip handles eliminate the discomfort that can occur when using some shears.

Cons

Small handles (uncomfortable grip). Action is so terrible, that i would discourage anyone from purchasing this item.

Short blades mean not much leverage for hard cuts (not useful as utility or poultry shears) as far as sizing, these shears are for small hands. Construction is flimsy, so i'm reluctant to use them for anything but the lightest duty.

Non-serrated edge means it gets dull and needs that sharpener. Any herb bigger than off-season thyme will be mangled by that de-stemmer.

The scissor are of average sharpness, not razor shop like my fiskars. The molded plastic packaging is ridiculously hard to open and remove. I remember hearing a comedian doing a routine about that and it is true, we all seem to have scissors or knives... Read More

Blades seem to be made of very good metal, think this will last a long time & be able to cut almost anything.

It is sturdy and yet easy to use.

I had a pair for 3 years until they disappeared ( mom has dementia, i think they went into the garbage.

I have had zero issues with them coming apart by accident.

Price

These came in a pair fairly priced and what i really loved is that y they have a sheath.

Need scissors to open the package, lol!
