Pros

Love a good sharp knife for some veggie chopping - especially tomatoes. Boneless meats, chicken and fish can be carved with expert results. I love the vegetable peeler when cleaning a cucumber, it slices so thin only the green skin comes off.

These ceramic knives are the sharpest knives i own. Kept it in its plastic sheath. Try not to drop it though, or risk it shattering.

I keep buying them because they are awesome! This is the second one i have bought and it is one of my favorite knives.

Cons

Two friends have broken ceramic knives - though in both cases they were violating the manufacturer's guidelines. It looks like i have two more knives to go into my junk knife drawer, never to be touched again. Never use it on a dish.
