It cuts great as to be expected. Great for cutting and dicing. It makes really precise cuts slicing and chopping vegetables. It glides as it slices and it chops with precision.

It really is surprising how well it works, and that it is a really economical price. It fits my hand well and feels like an extension of my hand when using.

Love the sharpness of this knife. They rarely need sharpening (but when they do, it can be tricky). It’s extremely sharpe too!

Hand wash, and keep it in its plastic case. I always store my cheaper knifes in the drawer and for safety, it's great to have this. My only complaint is that the handles are kind of “pilling/peeling’ from being repeatedly washed in the dishwasher.

Two friends have broken ceramic knives. Both ceramics are dull right out of the package. The ceramic is very hard and does not need to be sharpened much.

The handles are made of some yucky material. They feel sticky to the hands. It looks like i have two more knives to go into my junk knife drawer.
