Highlights
Quality
Best quality and consistency and it's organic!
I almost exclusively brew this in either a machinetta or french press and the results are fantastic.
That is until i actually learned of their unhealthy and harmful ingredients.
I pulled great shots with this coffee on my new breville barista pro after only 2-3 tries.
Price
Best bang for your buck as well.
Only $25 for 2lbs of organic beans!
It's like going to an authentic italian cafe on the cheap.
This is a decent coffee at a fair price.

Competitiveness
This coffee is better than all brands i have tried so far.
Wanted something similar to starbucks espresso without the bitterness and this is perfect.
Appreciate you reaching out to me most companies could care less .
I have found the “jo” brand is great at that while producing a superior whole-bean coffee.

I grind the coffee in 10 oz batches as thats what it appears i consume within 36 days the longest id use preground coffee for stored in a vacuum container too of course and use it either in my espresso machine usually for hot beverages or my aeropress for making iced beverages

As for making a hot cup latte or otherwise it makes for a very earthy and bold taste not bitter but not what i would consider sweet either it tastes significantly better then a lot or espresso out there hence why i keep buying it and you get a decent pull from it although not a very strong one so do be prepared to make small batches if you want multiple shots or use a larger portafilter

Although the concentration does need to be quite high to make a fairly strong beverage 4 scoops yields a 5 oz pull for 12oz of milk in my ratio of strength adjustable as desired but the benefit in comparison to espresso ive used in the past that requires less grounds for the same strength you dont get that burnt caramel taste that you get with very strong roasts of espresso instead you get a very dark and sweet pull almost like a bittersweet chocolate or a dark lager at the sacrifice of using more grinds to get the desired strength
