The tool came in a nice box with a good manual in english and german, and a bonus reflexology page.
At that price point it should come with better packaging and should include a storage bag.

This massagefascial tool works best for large flat areas like the back

If you are using it as afascial tool where you’ll be rubbing it on the body you will need to use some kind of massage oil as it is very irritating if you do not
