I purchased this sept 2020, it's only been 6 months outdoors and the wheels have rusted.
As you can read by the many reviews, this plant stand is not suitable for outdoor use as it rusts, especially the wheel covers.
Price
This is well worth the cost if you use it indoors, only.
The cheaper options available have plastic wheels which makes no sense.

The other photo is one i purchased at lowes 7 years ago its in the same basic area on the deck and there is no rusting
