I appreciate that these large sheets of parchment paper are packaged and shipped flat so theres no curve to try to correct to get the sheets to lie flat against the baking pan

Cookies didnt stick to the paper and what was even better was that the grease from the paper didnt soak through to the pan that sometimes happens with the white paper
