Are decent but in hindsight i would probably get normal dumbell and olympic barbell sets if i could redo

Main reason is with the middle piece attached with all weights the grips are way too far out

I plan on buying a second set to have extra pieces since they dont sell individual pieces and as people mentioned you would have to keep readjusting during the middle of your workouts to set up your consecutive exercises
