You have to retighten sometimes but that is expected on a adjustable weight set at this price point

Works as intended but remember you cant increase its weight so remember that before you buy i use mine daily but in year might be time for me see if they sell ones with longer bars and more weights

There is a foampadded area on the center bar that would touch or rest on the back of your neck when using the bar fully extended with both arms

It meets more drumbbell bars and more fixed nuts so you don’t have build every time what you need for other exercises
