Not only is it heavy but it actually feels safe. Honestly, it is worth the purchase and i have had it now for over two months.

I think shipping flipped it over, the box was heavy and must have handled with carelessness.

The packaging is nice, although it is shipped in seller's package, and not amazon's (which they had already mentioned).

I’m not sure but they probably dropped it and it must have dropped some items or maybe its the seller
