I wanted a reasonably easy, convertible set of handheld weights for a home that i could use to work on overall body strength.
I tried them for the first time today, i "made" two 15lb dumbbell sets and they were a little bulky.
Price
This set is reasonably priced, and easily changes from barbells to kettles to dumbells.
The investment is nominal and if i stop using it i won't mind the cost and can donate it to charity later.
But, that's reflected in the low price i suppose.
I had no clue what to get but the reviews and price told me to give this set a try.
