One takedown pin fell out the first time i used it and wasnt going to take the chance of it folding up on me when working out

Its 10 wide on the back approximately 14 on the seat at the widest point so its not bad it has a pretty amount of cushioning not overly thick but ive had no issues with the cushioning again it not like the gym benches

It folds away for easy storage which is a plus and some models include the extra removable pad which i think they all do mine w not advertised to have one but one was included
