Items delivery speed is fast, the quality is very good, i thought it would take a long time to install, but opened a look, no!
After exercise with the bench, i set it at the end of my bed to prevent comfort falling off.

However, not perfect but great for the cost.

I think the bench feels almost the same as the bench in the 24hour gym except this one contains length adjustment.
No assembly right out of the box.

Just using it for occasional 35lbs dumbells or lower weights.

Although it says supports over 600 pounds i discovered that when i 190 pound person tried to barbell bench press 185 pounds the entire bench would flex with each rep

The pleather overlay on the bench isn’t as well put together as you may like

I use it for work outs with free weights and i’ve had no problem doing incline sit ups which was one previous complaint about this bench
