It's lightweight enough to move it around but sturdy enough to get a workout with. The only thing she doesn't love is the straps you put you feet into. The pedals straps are designed to fit any size.

It has good resistance just like gym equipment, except you can use it at home or wherever because it is portable. A slow steady pace works well. Easily changes resistance settings for increased or decreased levels of exercises.

Requires a bit of dexterity and if youve difficulty using your hands then this isn't for you to put together. Not smooth at all to pedal with the jerky feeling like there is no smooth pedaling. Tension is terrible, almost non existent.

The "computer" in it is simply a tiny battery operated display. Had to send the whole thing back and won't be ordering again. I have great difficulty using with shoes; size 9 men's, and the leather straps are in the last slots.
