Pros

Easy to use, clean and maintain. Works well with no jambs so far. It gets moderate use at my house and it does what you expect.

The quality of shreds is excellent. I love how small the pieces are which makes the ability to shred more. Spent yesterday shredding papers on and off all day.

This replaces an old really big shredder. It is really small & compact. Exceptional power in a small package.

This item is exactly as pictured on amazon's page. It's a bit more than i would like to spend on a shredder but worth every penny. My last shredder cost only 50 bucks from costco.

Cons

The base is very flimsy! Feels almost like it’s going to collapse at the slightest push! This shredder jammed within the first month and is non operational. It's ridiculously poor engineering and construction ensures it will not last.

I feel like the messaging for this product is misleading and/or an outright lie. Smaller than expected.
