Was disappointed in the fact that the previous one broke at the hinge point possibly due to what looked like a poor design choice

This new one appears to have a more solid although still plastic hinge design so i am hopeful

Like others i was disappointed when the plastic piece that many people have written about broke

I was also disappointed by the fact that i could not find repair parts on the fellowes web site
