The fellowes ayla 125 laminator is thick and durable. It's wide enough to laminate larger-than-average sheets of paper. We laminated our daughter's school work and our social security cards. It comes with a starter laminate pouch set.

The unit is lightweight, literally a quarter the weight of our old machine.

It won’t seal to a plastic surface, metals, etc.

As a teacher who laminates everything, this was worth the pretty penny that it cost.

The unit comes with a start up pouch and when that runs out you can buy fellowes thermal laminating pouches, 200 for about $19.

You get what you pay for with these machines.

Packaging/appearance

They came out perfectly and are now protected.

It does come with some laminate sleeves but it doesn’t tell you what thickness they are so i bought a separate box.

I've been laminating up a storm since i got this thing - i'd compare it to a label-maker in its level of "i never knew i needed this".

Compared to the big & heavy laminators of old, this looks positively small & light.
