Though it shows that you can place 30 sheets in the 3 hole punch and 20 sheets in the binder for punching… i only place about half that many so there’s not as much stress on the handle

There is only one thing that is missing… my “cheap” binder has a springloaded tab where you place your documents under it and then it will tell you the size of comb you need to use

This one does not have that so you will either have to know exactly how many pages you are binding and then check the comb size… or… just wing it and change combs if you don’t have the right size

At 19 pounds this is also a rather heavy unit
