I just received it this afternoon and shredded 5 pages in 1 pass.
Shipping was fast and it was easy to assemble.
Packaging/appearance
It was packaged well and looked even better than pictured!
What took me two bags of shredded paper, not only takes me a half!

I honestly cannot compare this shredder to any other brand because it's the first household shredder we have ever purchased.
Fellowes 450ms shreds the documents into small pea size bits.
At the end, it was a toss up between the fellowes and a comparable model sold by amazon.
Very quiet compared to others i have owned.
