The build is industrial and it appears very sturdy. The tray is very sturdy and attractive; the color matches my desk set perfectly, which was unintentional.

Highly recommended. Well he is spot on the money, because it cured mine also.
Easy to install, generally functions well, and promotes good posture. Some other things to consider are space and installation. The ease and comfort that one gets after installing this product is amazing.
This keyboard tray setup solves all of that. I know that sounds corny, but it is true.
Cons
A little grease will help but the mouse pad doesn't fold up as neatly as pictured. The constant reaching and tapping is just too much for my elbow. I suspect that this is what might have caused the wrist pad to break off.

Overall, you cannot beat the quality built into this unit.
I have had no problem with the tray sliding back and forth.
The quality of this unit is far superior.
The utility of 10 degrees tilt is limited and it adds unnecessary complexity to the product.

I used it on an l shaped desk and i did not account for a square leg in the corner of the desk so i ended up installing it at a slight angle

I would think if you are having those problems you might want to pop a level on your desk and see if its flat

Ive had other units that are flimsy and bendflex with little weight or pressure applied to them
