It oozes quality and has a nice solid feel to it.
I am very impressed with the machine.
It's small and inexpensive, but don't let either of those features mislead you of the quality.

The binder is easy to use and the price was reasonable.

I couldn't have done these cookbooks without the fellowes star manual comb binding machine and the price.
Packaging/appearance
It's easy to empty the waste tray.
It's not really necessary to do this, but it holds the papers down while i load the next stack on the binder.
Competitiveness
It is heavier and better made than the less expensive ones.
This one became available as a freebee for me to review so i jumped on the chance.
The machine can handle up to about 6 or 7 sheets of 20lb paper comfortably.

This was a good choice if i was not in sweden where a4 pages with 21 ring comb are popular rather than us letter paper with 19 rings combs

The fact that its manual was actually a plus to me that much more portable that much less complicated though i understand it might be a hassle if the machine sees very heavy use

Its a sturdy though not particularly heavy machine that produces highquality results

I chose one that said the condition was like new and it should have been labeled you cant tell it from new instead

If you have thicker paper like some technical manuals are printed on then you will get only 4 or 5 in the slot
