Ferrous gluconate is easier on the stomach than ferrous sulfate. Smaller than a green m&m, easy to *.

Cons

Blue #1 aluminum lake coloring comes off on your hands and is not something i want to put in my body when the rest of my diet is natural and organic. It includes calcium in the ingredients, which is known to inhibit iron absorption.
