The finish is a nice semi-gloss black and the peephole rear sight gives a good sight picture. Decent purchase, and did not disappoint. Very cool backup iron sights.

Cons
Too much movement (side/side) and would not hold zero. The mounting mechanism forces the screw to be on a angle causing it to catch on the side of your picatinny rail when tightening it up. The front sight just hangs there.
Do yourself a huge and heartwarming favor spend the extra money and get a reputable name brand. We are flooded with chinese products. Don't waste your time.

The one complaint or rather recommendation the fold down buttons that are sprung loaded that oval nut once you tighten the spring tension you like remember that locations on both front rear oval nuts to bolt pull apart add a blue liquid thread locker

Sites are sturdy in either folded or erect and have banged them several times in competitions setups and didnt kick the sites from losing poi at 100yds
