Pros

The microphone sound is very clear, and the dynamic pickup pattern minimizes background noise. The option between usb and xlr is very nice, and if you do decide to use it usb, the controls are very easy to set up.

Cons

The stand base that * onto your desk isn't thick enough metal so if you clamp it down as tight as you need to it flexes. If you don't, when you move the stand around you stand a big chance of it popping off the desk.
