Pros

The design is very slick and clean. It is fairly heavy and shouldn't move around or fall off a desk due to cable weight. Very good item.

The recorded sound in all modes is full and rich, much better than my outgoing mic. The stereo setting coped with this admirably, as did the cardioid.
