Pros

The only downside is that the cable is not detachable but, that's the only thing. No issues with any software either for that matter. The only damage it has taken is a dent to the top of the mic.

This mic is very inexpensive and works perfectly. It's rare to find an excellent customer service support, but i had to write this review to thank their technical support team. This problem can easily be solved.

Cons

The mic has no mute button so you have to turn volumne dial all the way down for mute. Going back and listening to the videos, the microphone decides when it wants to work and when it doesn't.

Contacted the company 5 times by email. Does not work. Yea, returned it within 8 hours. Sadly not even three months (and less than 20 hours) into use, not only do they no longer function, but they also crashed my computer.

Mainly bought this to talk with friends on discord while gaming casually and i got absolutely surprised by the quality of the mic.

My first usb mic so i'm no expert, but the quality is great and people do notice on calls.

I would record an asmr to show the quality but my voice isn’t very soothing.

The first time i set up the microphone with the long axis pointed at me, it fell over.

Price

It had the key features that i was looking for, and the price was great.

At this price point you probably shouldn’t expect that.
