Pros

The sound quality is crisp, and it has a sleek matte black design. This mic sounds as good as my buddies shure mv7x.

The fifine k688 feels solid and durable in hand. It is sturdy but not as strong as other brands. Spider mic holder isolates a lot of stand bumps.

This microphone is excellent at reducing background noise and plosives. It captures a deep voice without sounding tinny or dull. It smooths out the volume of your speech so that it never pops or makes the listener uncomfortable.

Cons

The rings start to detach and its impossible to reattach. I am not sure if this is typical for this mic, or if mine is defective. Would not recommend super lightweight as well.

Competitiveness

Good microphones i hope this company keeps of great quality and low prices to blow the competition out of the water.

Sounds very close to my sm7b for a fraction of the cost.

I bought two fifine dynamic microphones and one of them had a defective tightening knob at the top.

You can barely, barely tell the difference between this and the $400 shure sm7b.
