Great filters for catching cigarette smoke but are somewhat expensive but all good filters are.

Had to deal with customer service and was really impressed : fast and took the right decision.
Would buy these again, fit perfect, came ahead of delivery time
Ordered on a sunday and arrived on the friday.
I contacted customer service who were very friendly and professionally and immediately shipped out the correct size.
Packaging/appearance
The filters appear to be correct, there is a merv-13 stamp on them but the packaging says merv-10.
Competitiveness
I ordered a quantity of 4 - 16x25x4" filters which were a better price than the filtrete filters i've previously used.
They went from a brand name merv 11 filter to a no-name merv 6 filter.
We used to used some generic brands and the air always felt like there was dust in it.

I did some research and found out the vast differences in merv ratings and decided i need to purchase my own filters for the sake of my lungs
