Pros

Filter fits perfect. No frills or fancy anything, just a good filter. Hard to find a filter in this size (1x20x23), so grateful for that.

I am thrilled that these are always available when we place an order. They are affordable and come quickly. They work well l. Use these all year.

Cons

They feel cheap and lightweight. I need a refund or 2 more filters shipped. I suspect they just send whatever filters they feel like and stick a flyer in the package assuming most people won't know the difference.

I have no complaint about the filters but the packaging (the shrink wrap) was too tight.

So net-net, good filters, not good packaging.
