Pros
Saved the hassle of a home depot trip. Will definitely buy again. But handle with kid gloves.
The product is used in the air handler of the hvac unit. The height of filter is 1/8 inch longer than a lennox x6673 filter that is designed for my furnace. lennox.
Cons
The shipping box was crushed on one side for the first set. No merv 11 data on the filter. Big hole = too much pet dander for me and my family.
Rounding up should not apply in this case. Need a 20 x 25 x 4 not by 5. Very disappointed. All of them measure 4 inches wide rather than 5 inches wide.

Came in perfect condition and slide right in.
The packaging could have been a little sturdier and a little tighter to keep the filters from shifting in the shipping box.
Shipment packaging was good and protected the contents from being crushed or otherwise deformed.
