Pros

It is very quiet when the air handler is running, which was my primary priority, balanced with a reasonable merv rating. My only disappointment is that in the 4 pack i purchased, one of the filters has a small hole in it.

Cons

This product is not sized as advertised. The label is misleading. I buy american, and a “nominal” size (smaller than listed size) is bad design and policy.

Filter is to small to fit my hvac system for an 18” x 24” filter. Now i have to return this junk and head over to lowe's to get a proper sized filter.

Ceiling mounted ac intake, & they barely reach the little tabs that hold it place. Consequently, it was * through the opening. It drops when the ac comes on * the filter up when it shuts off.

As other reviewers have noted, the dimensions are not quite 18 x 24. It should be labeled 17 x 23. This size is marked on the edge as the actual size under the 18 x 24 x 1. Doesn't work in 18×24 opening.
