Those wrist holds help keep the poles from slipping from your grip make holding them easier too but not when they keep coming undone

I kept these because they were cheep and ive just started hiking with them so they are ok as a cheep starter set to see if you will use poles on your hikes walks

So far they have held up except for the wrist holds those came undone every single time i used the poles
