I like the grate smaller than what came with the original salad shooter

To make carrot cake for instance, i used to have to put the carrots thru the grater that comes with the salad shooter a few times.

This fine shredder did not finely grate very hard parmesan cheese as fine as i would like but still it was useable and the grated cheese was useable in the form produced
