I broke my finger a few months ago, and the exercises i have to do to get my range of motion and strength back leave my finger very sore.
Couldn't keep it on my finger for more than a minute at a time.
Definitely helped with my overused fingers but the covering is kinda flimsy, not sure if it can survive long term usage.
The material stick to itself like another review mentioned but i managed to separate them carefully by hand without too much effort.

Also take caution when removing from packaging or if stuck to freezer.

I would have preferred if it was gel inside rather than colored water like liquid

They do semi freeze in the freezer but because the liquid is thin by nature the sleeves tend to want to slide off your finger unless held

I do give them props though because unlike other ice packs these tend to cool the whole finger and also squeeze out the swelling at the same time

Id give 4 12 stars if i could just because they cool it down fast enough that you dont really need to grab a second one

I havent had an issue but could see them bursting as the shell is kind of sticky and fragile

Pop them into the freezer for an hour its still soft when you take it out and is super cold
