The cable entering the one speaker unit has already broken after only a handful of uses

Anyway the cables sheathing was brittle and broke exposing the copper wire underneath rendering it unworkable

When i called finis customer service in the us the lady i spoke with alluded to the fact that this was a bad batch with that issue common to it

The new unit without having even used this unit just charged and switch it on it has switched off and will not switch on again

More research online shows me that the batch number i have is one of a batch run which has this problem a charger issue
