Pros

Must buy for anyone serious about freestyle swimming. Put on for a 100 - 200m, thencontinue to regular freestyle laps and immediately feel the difference. Love the cut out for the wrist.

Love these. Like them alot. Highly recommend for free stylers. They are awesome for freestying.

Great help for high elbow and recovery. Helps with follow through on the *. It teaches muscle memory so every * becomes second nature. Must use this properly, as in with the correct form or risk tendon, ligament or muscle strain.

Hose can be threaded through the fin. The finger strap is easy to install.

Still experimenting with these paddles.

The paddle is not ergonomic. The plastic is very flimsy. Finis has a return policy that is not uniform.

I’ve tried holding with my pointer finger but then i have to grab the whole paddle awkwardly, just isnt a natural motion that way.

    I think they do help your reach but they are hard to use—could be my wide hand but only average length fingers but i feel it’s hard to grapple and hurts my middle finger to keep it on
