Pros & Cons
Pros
Must buy for anyone serious about freestyle swimming. Put on for a 100 - 200m, thencontinue to regular freestyle laps and immediately feel the difference. Love the cut out for the wrist.
Love these. Like them alot. Highly recommend for free stylers. They are awesome for freestying.

Still experimenting with these paddles.
Cons
The paddle is not ergonomic. The plastic is very flimsy. Finis has a return policy that is not uniform.
