Pros
The band is both comfortable and attractive, but is also rugged. I have tiny wrists and it fits.
Cons
The band is much thinner than what is pictured on the listing. The leather is thinner and no longer unclasping itself. Cost for this band should be refunded to my account. not as pictured.
It is too large for my wrist. At its smallest size, the overlapping part of the band reaches all the way up to the edge of the watch face. The loops no longer hold in the strap after only a month. The sensors don't hit my skin.

The band is exactly what i wanted, it is well made and looks very nice on my wrist.
I thought the leather band would be a little wider overall but i am happy with the narrow band.

I know it is for men and women so it has to be long enough for larger wrists

I have gotten skin rashes from the silicone bands designed by fitbit

I have womens xl hands so have found most leather bands were short with only 1 notch left for my wrist
