It is raised over the screen when faced down so i’m not worried if he were to drop it screen first

Only things is that when you flipped the button to stand the device sideways it will easily loose balance and fall

I’d give 5 stars if there was a screen protector and gave 4 stars because when standing up it doesn’t stay up right well
