It lost a star for two reasons the way the spine creases pretty much guarantees that it is going to crack there eventually and the lack of positive closure when the cover is folded back

Had to return it because if the light comes from the top where its angled like a reading light the leather sticks out too far and it causes a shadow to cover the first three lines of text

The kindle has a builtin sleepmode but this cover does not
