Pros

Fits perfectly and is very easy to use. Only slight glitch is charger wire is hard to keep in place when working. Protection is wonderful because i can definitely be clumsy at times.

This case fits my surface pro perfect and it is so durable.

All the buttons work with the case and it has air vents to keep the laptop from heating.

The very first time i took it off for cleaning, i used a good microfiber cloth, and it still put scratch marks all over the plastic.

Attaching the case to the pro 9 makes it too heavy to use comfortably as a tablet while giving a speech.

Packaging/appearance

Unfortunately, the papers were too close to a candle, and the papers caught on fire.

I like the clean look of the case.
