However and thats a biggie for me in order to have the tablet sitting at an incline and to be able to use the keyboard pretty much the reason to have this case one has to snap the keyboard off of its magnetically safe position and put the tablet at an incline and then put the keyboard back

So open the case snap the keyboard out no you cannot simply slide it the magnets are uncomfortably strong put the tablet at an incline put the keyboard back

And if you are slightly ocd like me the keyboard not being in nice alignment will gnaw at you so you will spend time adjusting it
