Then do the whole thing all over again 3 4 5 times until the dvr finally sees the dock and the hard drive in the dock

Though ill tell you i tried that second anker dock a bunch of times with no success whereupon my first anker dock eventually cooperated with the dvr again though i had to try the first anker dock a few times to get that to happen

Compare that to certain other companies out there that ignore you completely p their tech support is very helpful and informative

While its easy enough to access your proof of purchase here on amazon i imagine youd just need to give them the amazon order number i would personally scan my receipt into the computer if you purchase it somewhere other than amazon or keep some sort of digital copy of the receipt which i am guessing they might need for that warranty
