Pros
Easy to install, takes one 9volt battery in each smoke detector. Comes with the screws and drywall anchors to hang them as well as 6 of the 9 volt batteries needed. Small enough that i'm planning on attaching them to the walls with velcro.
The putogesafe battery-operated smoke detector & smoke alarm comes in a variety of quantities, which is good. This box comes with everything you need to install and use these smoke detectors.
The packaging is good and nothing arrived damaged. I recheck every new years day, they always check out just fine. There are newer laws that state that they must be 10 year sealed battery and 10 year life time smoke detectors.
The features on this alarms are both audible, & visual. Very loud, reset * seem to work. Would definitely hear that at night, very piercing alarm.
It has a temporary muting feature that will deactivate the alarm for eight (8) minutes then reset to normal mode.
Cons
It's not sensitive to no smoke unless it's thick and black. I want to be alarmed once heat is detected,any kind of smoke, something that smells burnt but no smoke produced. User manual confirms that gp battery provided is only a 1 year battery.

The four smoke detectors come with batteries, wall anchors and screws and have a standard 10-year product life.
No complaints, they work as designed and a good buy for the price.
They require 9v batteries and will supposedly last for ten years.
It's not that expensive to do, considering the cost of a fire or possible loss of life.

I did find it quite difficult to install the alarm onto the base as it was hard to find where it lined up to slip into the base

While i still purchased these to go in key locations it is deceiving that they are just 10 year there are two distinct 10 year timeframes you need to watch for

These are only 10 year lifespan and include a single dcell battery
