Pros

The new kindle is extraordinary. A protective case of some sort to protect the screen is a wise precaution. The fire kindle is less expensive than the alternatives. Integration to smart home functionality should be a no-brainer.

Tablet has the best battery life out of any i have ever used. I use it daily and battery life is amazing especially for a serial binge watcher!

Pretty good. Truly unparalleled, especially on standby. Great for the price.

Cons

Amazon fire tablet has a worse screen than the samsung or the apple. Can only get apps from amazon's app store. The youtube app is so bad on here, other apps are * versions of their other versions on my android phone or ipad. Samsung a8 tablet is not ... Read More

Feels like a cheap piece of * though. Extremely bad product. A complete waste of money and time.

You can't download anything google and you can't even download the southwest airlines app for crying out loud. We already have the worlds lowest expectations for tech giving a dang about what's helpful for kids or parents.

Biggest joke ever. Not anymore. Never again. Should have addressed them at that time. Very annoying.

I have been purchasing these "when amazon has been selling them at a reduced price", for my sons to use, as well as one for me.

They need to fix this so they last a little longer for the price!
