However recently i was watching a movie on it when it suddenly froze

I force restarted it at which point i realised that it no longer played sound

I also came to realise that its now shutting itself down when left idle constantly freezing and the power button needs to be long and i mean long pressed in order for it to come on

I currently have a 7 ive had a 10 ive had pretty much everything thats come out since the hdx thinking they would be better but they are worse
