Pros
Fits a4 papers fine, but deeds are a little larger. Easily fits a4 documents. Fire proof, water proof.
Fire and flood damage deterrent. Well packed and quick delivery. No dislikes as far as i am concerned.
Well made and sturdy. Very sturdy & very 'fit for purpose' handle is very useful, unsure how strong it will be if used a lot though.
When opening/closing make sure to lean a little weight down using your hand on the opening area before using the latch. Secondary important function is the locking function. Nice lock, sturdy item.
Cons
This product was delivered with a serious split in the rear hinges plastic covering and bent keys. This time the cement was clearly damaged.

I do find that its very heavy and i struggle to lift it comfortably and the lock can be temperamental

Worth remembering this is a fireproofwaterproof box and not a safe as some reviewers seem to expect it to be so lock is quite flimsy and is only meant to keep box closed in the event of fire flood and not to keep thieves out

No idea how it performs in a fire and don’t want to find out but docs are going to last longer in this than if they are not

Just dont expect it to protect valuables from burgularies etc as it could be forced open

Made me suspicious at first however i read from the manufacturer as a piece of mind this is normal due to shifts and bumps during transportation just the concrete inside
