I am a 62 yr old grandma and l live alone my tv was t working right and l decided to buy a new stick for the tv l was able to get it on sale which l did not expect and it was the higher rated one l was nervous never setting it up before l do not like technology at all and depend on my son to come save me often when l mess up l took a pict of my wifi password and sat down prepared to take an hour what a shock under ten minuted all was done l did not even have to sit and enter passwords which is time consuming they rolled over or instructed me how to do it by phone with a simple push of a button l love my tv picture is great fire stick amazing simpleto use gun to watch a huge win for us older generations  Read Less
