Lock of the cabinet was damaged

I’ve paid for lobby delivery that specifically state that file cabinet will be delivered through the first door of the residence

Just received this fire cabinet and i’m not impressed with quality

The lock does not align easily making it very difficult to lock and unlock the drawers
