Pros

This bag is well made and is very durable. It is water resistant, i have it in the kitchen on my island and have splashed water and drinks on it! Quality of document protector is good however i was disappointed by the size.

Nice and sturdy folder bag fitting docs well. Will be able to hold my notary supplies and more. Alas, i owe the taxman and so it holds my tax returns very nicely.

Cons

Bag is great as long as you keep it away from liquids. This is not waterproof. The description says it's fireproof and waterproof, i didn't even try to see if it was fireproof.
